Our vision goes beyond a blockchain validity layer. We’re working toward a future where both data and social interactions are verifiable, transparent, and resistant to manipulation. This roadmap outlines the key steps to making that vision a reality.

Phase 1: Foundation (3–6 Months)

The first step is ensuring the right infrastructure is in place to verify information efficiently and cost-effectively.

Building the Core:

• Soundness Layer Testnet – A developer-friendly testnet for seamless, low-cost data verification.

• Developer Tooling – SDKs and APIs that simplify integration for developers building verifiable applications.

• Security & ZK Proofs – Strengthening our cryptographic foundations with audits and refinements to zero-knowledge proofs.

Laying the Groundwork for a Verifiable Internet:

• Expanding Proof Systems – Ensuring zk proofs can apply beyond just blockchain transactions, reaching areas where trust and verification matter most.

• Exploring New Use Cases – Experimenting with ways to validate interactions in different domains while maintaining privacy and fairness.

Phase 2: Expansion (6–12 Months)

Once the foundation is in place, the next step is expanding adoption and making verification practical for real-world applications.

Scaling the Soundness Layer:

• Mainnet Deployment – Bringing our data verification layer to production.

• Cross-Chain & Cross-System Verification – Ensuring proofs work seamlessly across different blockchains and beyond.

Growing the Ecosystem:

• Incentivization Models – Exploring ways to fairly reward engagement and contribution while preventing common risks like Sybil attacks and automated farming.

• Strengthening Partnerships – Collaborating with crypto communities, enterprises, and platforms to integrate verifiable trust mechanisms.

• Decentralization Roadmap – Moving toward a permissionless model where verification is distributed rather than controlled by a single entity.

Phase 3: Maturity (12+ Months)

With a strong foundation and growing adoption, the focus shifts to full decentralization, privacy enhancements, and scalability.

Finalizing Decentralization & Privacy:

• Decentralized Attestation Network – Enabling a fully permissionless system for verifying both data and interactions.

• Advanced Privacy Mechanisms – Ensuring verification can be done without unnecessary exposure of personal data.

• Scalability Optimizations – Making sure the system can handle real-world applications at scale.

Empowering Developers & Users:

• Customizable ZK Modules – Allowing builders to tailor verification mechanisms to their needs.

• Fair & Transparent Engagement Models – Refining incentive systems to ensure that participation remains meaningful and rewards are distributed equitably.
